"Old Donald's Farm"

Up the road from us is "Old Donald's Farm". Noah likes to go there and visit and see and do all the fun things on the farm.

Noah is drawn to a tractor like a pig is to mud. Noah called this an "old tractor" and he also said it was not a John Deere. Yep we were on "red" soil. Red tractors like IHC are good because when they break down you can find them easily in the field.

A big tree comes down!

At the cabin up north a 90 foot 100 year balsam fir came down in a wind storm.

Kristin, Steven and Noah went up to clean up the mess.

Daddy gets to work

Steven played Lumber Jack Chopping down the tree. The hard hat saved him once with a limb coming down on his head.

Noah Helps out

Noah was a big help as Daddy cut the tree down. He helped stack wood, get gass for the chain saw, tell daddy what tree to cut down or log to move and then helped with the clean up.

Last days of summer

Noah enjoyed the last days of summer with the girls a few houses down.

The Minnesota (john deere) State Fair

Noah went to the fair during the last weekend. Noah was able to see and explore the highlights of the Fair! But of course the best part was the John Deere section of Machinery Hill.
